Why has my bank account been debited by Nexway?

You have been debited for an order placed in one of our clients’ online stores. Nexway manages the e-commerce platforms of several publishers and online retailers of downloadable PC software, PC video games and Android™ apps.

Have you recently purchased an electronic licence for a PC video game, PC software product, or Android app, such as an antivirus?

When you purchase a downloadable product in one of the stores we manage, we debit your bank account and also take care of the product download process.

If you do not remember having placed an order in one of our clients’ online stores or you just need further information about the debit on your bank account, please do not hesitate to send us a mail @srvc@nexway.com, and we will respond within forty-eight hours.
